Refund Policy

We want you to love your Creative Box experience! If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your kit carefully and feel free to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions - we are happy to help you decide.

Damaged or Missing Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  We’ll happily send a replacement or offer a refund where appropriate.

To help us resolve things quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Returns:

In rare cases where a return is approved, items must be:

- Unused and in original condition

- Returned within 14 days of delivery

- Sent with tracking at the customer's expense

Once we have received and inspected it, we'll process your refund or credit.

Refund Timing:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
